EFL teacher teaching English to teenagers using practices developed by professional development project

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of a professional development project based on the Action Research cycle applied by 50 English Language teachers at a binational center in Bogotá, Colombia. Particularly, the project intends to measure the impact of AR in teachers' perceptions on professional development.  This study will present teachers' perceptions gathered through an online survey and an interview to measure the effect of AR in terms of teachers’ knowledge, skills and attitudes towards their professional practice and performance in the classroom.  Finally, the project will explore additional organizational results related to the application of this professional development project.
